Fairly obvious inversions:
The Sea’s Better Plans by Eley Williams
It’s a poem – or six poems – by Eley Williams, one of my very favourite contemporary writers.
The Sea’s Better Plans is on a Möbius strip. That means the poem reads continuously, there’s no set beginning or end; start at the beginning of any “line”, read through, and the poem changes its character.
It’s an edition of 50, typeset and printed by hand, and comes in a flip-top jar. Each copy numbered, and signed by Eley.
